Caiarossa is a vinery placed in Cecina Valley, on Tyrrhenian coast east of tuscany, surrounded by its fourteen hectares of vineyards, at an altitude of 150 to 250 meters above sea level, producing eleven different grape varieties as Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Chardonnay, Viognier, Petit Mansengand furnishing four types of wine. The vinery has embraced the principles of biodynamic farming, geo-biological architecture and oriental chinese Feng Shui discipline, where the colours of the winery, red outside and intense yellow inside, represent wine, soil, and sun. The agricultural activities are regulated following the lunar and planety calendar and irroring vineyards with infusions of with infusions of nettle, willow, chamomile and horsetail.
